Firefly runs today for India, the US and crypto. The engine is market-agnostic: a strategy library, a backtester, an allocator, risk limits and an execution layer that speaks to a broker API. If you have distribution, regulatory standing or capital in a market we have not entered — the Gulf, Singapore, the UK, Europe, Africa, or a segment of India we do not serve — license the platform under your brand and we build the market adapters, data feeds and compliance variants with you.

Can we white-label the signals without any Fintrens branding?

Yes. Signals pages, reports and messaging templates can carry only your brand. The engine is ours; the relationship and the presentation are yours.

Do we need to be SEBI-registered to carry your signals?

To communicate recommendations to end clients in India, yes — under your own RIA, RA, MFD or broker registration. Outside India the equivalent local requirement applies. Fintrens supplies the engine, the audit trail and the disclaimer language.

Which markets can Firefly be extended to?

Any market with a broker API and clean historical data. We have built adapters for NSE, US equities and Binance; new ones take weeks. Regulatory variants are scoped with you per market.

Is exclusivity available for a territory?

For a licence that carries a real commitment — distribution, capital, regulatory cover — yes, for a defined territory or segment and a defined period.

What stage is Fintrens at and what are you raising?

An early-stage product company with paying clients and live products. We share the amount, use of funds, metrics and terms in the deck and a conversation, not on a web page.

How are introductions recognised?

A written referral agreement for introductions that turn into business, or a formal alliance if there is a product to build together. No figures are advertised; terms are agreed before anything starts.
