Who can publish a strategy?
Any signed-in user can publish white-box strategies publicly and share any strategy privately by invitation. Listing a black-box strategy publicly needs an approved provider registration: a SEBI Research Analyst number and documents, reviewed by Lantern.
How do I get paid?
Subscribers pay your monthly fee and a profit share on profit above their high-water mark. You keep 70%, paid out monthly, with a dashboard of subscribers, capital and payouts.
Can I limit how many people subscribe?
Yes. Set subscriber slots to protect execution quality, and choose the minimum and maximum capital per subscriber.
Do I have to share my code?
No. Strategies built in the strategy builder keep their rules on the platform; strategies that run on your servers send only signals through the API. Black-box listings never show the rules.
How long does verification take?
Lantern replays your backtest straight away and then tracks about 30 days of paper signals before a public listing goes live.
